That pic of the sasquatch-like figure in the woods was taken by a man decades ago as it stalked him thru the forest, according to what he told the person to whom he delivered the film. He turned in his roll of film to a store in San Francisco to be developed. But he never returned to get the film. This is from an article I read in the S. F. Chronicle in the mid-'60s.

Ogemaw county, eastern part. There is a family of 5 that travels from the Mio area down to around Sterling. Some acquaintances have told stories from the area around Sterling that match with descriptions of an older juvenile, I will call him a teenager male. He gets close and pushes the boundaries of mischief vs. menacing. He's big and lanky and blondish orange. I have caught glimpses out of my peripheral vision multiple times of him (I don't have solid proof he's a male, it's my gut that indicates that, he acts like a punk from my experience and an acquaintances as well.) But he is coming into his own, very tall was very lanky from my brief flashes of visual. I never sought them but with some of the knowledge gained here, I feel like the little family got comfortable around our land. I was never scared witless, but their presence was made unmistakably known. The young one that came close alot was really all that worried me at times, I think they respected my will to keep hunting and harvesting dead ash firewood with them in my midst, and gave me space. Some of Scott Carpenters approaches helped me in what started as a very frightening yet exhilarating period of about 4 years. I count the years by the winters, there were 4.

Steve's HTH channel is the only channel on youtube where when I see the video lasts an hour or more I am happy!!! Especially with regards to this BF subject matter! I cant get out to hunt or fish like i once did, or much else for that matter. Been dealing with the big C and chemo again. But when it comes to the truth and BF, this is my only source and channel. I may listen to a couple others but cant take much of those serious and totally get it why Steve will not prompte other channels. Most all revolve around click bait and many have little to nothing to do with the truth in my experience. I've been watching this channel since long before he took the leap into his experiences and his Grandfathers, but I sure was glad when he finally did! I can listen to this channel for hours! I and 5 others in my family had our own wild and wooly experience in Oregon in 1976. We did not have a visual sighting, and to this day Im glad we didnt see whatever it was that had such an insany loud roar/scream that vibrated my entire body as i felt it go right through me. There were a number of other hikers in this area up in the Mt. Hood National forest nesr a large camp ground. That was all the truth any pf us present needed to know these things ate for real. Thanks to Steve this has become a great community!! I dont need them to be "vetted" we can all tell when we're being bull$hitted. Theres always going to be the over the top thing being shared but for the most part, I believe most of us here, are here because we know the truth and the more we learn the better. Sure cant count on our (USA and Canada) corrupt woke governments to tell us the truth about anything!
