As someone whos igl'ed before, I learnt that when you're in a team you just never point out mistakes. You're not the head coach and even the head coach doesnt do that mid match, players won't get better mid match. All you can do is try to coordinate their spirits enough so they play at their best, so no passive aggressive language, no talking over ones mistakes, no overanalyzing the lost round. Its abt "we as a team do this and win" and once you win you need to scream the biggest praises of your life.

always remember the other team is humans too, they make mistakes and they think very similar to you. If you plan ahead on what you would do and how the other team has played so far you can make plays to increase your chances of winning. I've lost many games to people who have big egos and do their own thing. Your best bet is to just play off of their contact if they do that. Trade them if you can. Always be confident in your playmaking abilities and trust your teammates.

Just had this happen to me on the same map, but I had an extremely toxic Raze. I was bot frag KJ for a few rounds and he decides to roast me about it. But see.. I was the only one making coms and he kept going in without a plan, which left me in many 1v4's the first few rounds. I don't admit that I have the beset aim, but a little bit of coordination could have helped. I just match MVPd the game before giving good coms and having a sub-par team trudgge our way to victory because we decided to focus up and hype each other. A game we should have lost because we were down 10-2, but we brought it back and we won getting a MVP. So in the next game, I just ended up not caring and doing solo flank plays the rest of game. And this guy didn't stop talking crap at all. My duo tried stepping up for me, but to no avail. These guys really need to stop getting it into their heads that just because someone is bot frag that they aren't contributing to the game. i was watching our flank in the beginning and committed to it. We won some because I took care of a few flankers, but he didn't see that... Thanks for bringing light to these kind of toxic gamers!
