does doing half reps on squats benefit jumping or should i stick with full ROM

It all depends on the person, for instance I have back issues so I do lots of single leg and front squat. I would say if you can do full ROM do it at some point in your training but there’s a time and place for all movements!

you can but its not necessary, look at someone when they jump do they go fully down? no, you only squat halfway and jump, you should train to train, which sounds dumb but trust me it works
