About 10 years ago my mom showed me a picture of me as a happy 3 or 4 year old kid. He was running, and the camera got him right when he was jumping a small ditch. So much boldness... The first thing that came to my mind was, "I owe that kid a happy life and everything he deserves." So I agree with this video.

Love that 🤍🤍 thank You. Love Yourself Everyone and always be the first one to take care of Your needs. You owe it to Yourself in some way so don’t expect it to come from others, it’s always You first, the healer. People around you, the ones who truly care, can help you see what’s wrong, but you are the only one who’s action can heal whatever you are going true. You are Your own Healer in ever way, believe me. Learn whatever needs to be learned and be your biggest supporter and of course welcome the people who love You for who You truly are at the end. True People are Your Chance too, don’t forget 🤍💫 Lot of Love & Care Everyone 🤍 Be Yourself, be good and do good, you will eventually find the people You belong amongst at the end 🤍🐚🌊💫

There is nothing more true than that And that's exactly how I foster self love by separating myself from the "human" I was scared of myself because it always felt like I wasnt in control of my actions or I am not doing what's actually on my mind Sometimes not even understanding what I was doing though people continuously told me Sometimes it feels like I am not putting what I feel into the right words that communicate how I feel and felt stuck inside this body and demons inside me But slowly slowly I started analysing my behaviour, understanding what I was doing and more importantly why I was doing a particular thing Connecting dots and explaining those things in the most lovable way to the inner child. Because this child is my responsibility I have to take care of it I have to make it feel secure and safe. There is no escaping that Each day I am getting better I still have breakdowns about my past but working through it with self counselling cause therapy is expensive but most importantly No one can help u better than u urself No one can help u if u don't put in the right efforts and trust me it's not impossible

This also helps in marriage. You know all the reasons you chose your spouse, and you hopefully already love them for their personality etc. But throughout marriage - just as your child may do things you don't like, and your child can and will test your patience - so will your spouse. And in those moments we tend to focus on the parts of them we don't necessarily love. But what helps is remembering that they are YOUR spouse. Just as your child is YOUR child. I love my husband for who he is, how he treats me, who he is as a father, etc etc. But I also love him because he is mine, and I am his.

Most parents say that they just love their kids because they are their kids and it’s probably true, but the problem is they only show them when they get the A or look pretty or achieve something. I’d say 70% of parents do this without even realizing it. We constantly show our kids our disappointment in them when they don’t meet the standard we demand of them. That’s why most of us don’t like ourselves especially if our careers are unsatisfying and underwhelming in achievements.
