Ingredients:
Khainga Machha Big White(Silver) Mullet Fish - 1.5 Kg
Turmeric Powder - 1 tbsp
Salt - 1 tbsp
Mustard Oil to fry the fish
Garlic Paste - 1 tbsp
Large Onion - 1 (thin slices)
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Green Chilli - 2 (chopped)
Onion Paste - 2 tbsp
Ginger Paste - 1 tbsp
Red Chilli Powder - 1.5 tbsp
Coriander Powder - 2 tbsp
Cumin Powder - 1 tbsp
Tomato - 2 (medium size, sliced)
Potato - 250gm (cut into wedges)
Slightly Roasted Moong Dal - 1/2 cup(soaked for 30 minutes)
Green Banana - 2 (peeled & cut into wedges)
Mustard Paste - 2 tbsp
Hot Water - 500ml
Salt as per taste
Sugar - 1/2 tsp
Sundried Lentil Dumpling (Wadi) - 2 tbsp (light toasted)
Mustard Oil - 3 tbsp + Red Chilli - 2-3 + Panchforon - 1/2 tsp
