No fucking way!!! Searched this vid, see your coment, this crushes me hard fella... This man was doing lots of things and enjoying life despite his health concerns. Now he's better than ever i guess. The boss, like Buster b Jones called him, for being the first man to reclute Buster professionally, is with the universe and guitar picking in our hearts forever. Stay well Walter. Thanks for sharing your love to Thom s memory. All the best. Lets keep the fires burning and pick some guitars.

I saw Thom , and his lovely blonde partner right after they finished a USO tour following the Gulf War. I thought they were excellent, but I never learned either of their names. Just lately i found Thom on utube, and I was so happy that I did. I also found video of them together again, and they were truly amazing. I’ve been trying learn the Guitar for umpteen years, and thanks to Thom I think I can do it now. I’ve always loved Chet Atkins, and I truly enjoyed listening to Thom talk about him. God Bless you “fThumb Picker” God willing I’ll see you on the other side ! ❤️❤️

I didn't know who Thom was but I was watching Chet's tape and he said Thom Bresh plays Happy Again better than anyone so I looked up Thom and he was playing in St. Augustine at the Gamble Rogers Festival and I took off for Florida and have been thumbpicking ever since.

No disrespect Paul. Evan Twitty was a great young musician but he had a way to go to achieve Breshmans' level of entertainment genius. I believe had he lived a long life he could have made it to a skill level similar to that of the Breshman. (He was already getting close) Sorry for your loss Jennie. RIP, Evan Twitty.

Better? Do you play? I doubt it. Evan and Thom don’t play anything alike. Completely different approach. Evan was a student. Thom is a stylist. You don’t like the style, that’s one thing. But better, worse? Evan was a student. Close your eyes when Evan was playing and you didn’t know who was playing.
