@robh467 as a parent of child with special needs, and having spent many years around people with autism, i can tell you that boundaries are incredibly difficult to teach. I have the same concerns not only for the safety of others, but also for the young man. It is a difficult and painful struggle trying to teach safety and safe spaces, as well as who are safe people (strangers, acquaintances and friends) and one that is not often reinforced by educators or people in the general public. Sometimes the parents are just doing their best they can.

Never confuse the employees with Disney. The employees are in a contractual agreement with Disney, but they are not Disney reps. Likely, this girl likes her job because she is allowed to play pretend and spread cheer and get paid while doing it. She probably has a genuinely kind personality. But to Disney, she is replaceable. The company doesn't inspire what she does and likely under pays her. Not to mention, the restriction Disney places upon their employees are extremely strict and at times strange/inappropriate. Fuck Disney. They're cold and heartless. But this employee is great and deserves more, I'm sure. Good for her, though. Just make sure you give HER all the credit. Not the heartless corporation that would treat her like shit if she got out of line.
