This model has a unique design in the world. It offers benefits in production and ergonomic value to the operator. This machine has a low loading height of 1156mm and high discharge height of 806mm. The high discharge height reduces the strain and discomfort caused to the operator from continuous bending and crouching while filling display trays.
The combination of conical bowl shape and ribbon mixing paddle mean when there is a large volume of meat in the bowl the ribbon paddle works like a pump and pressurises the meat at the smaller end (top end) of the bowl which greatly increases the output rate.
This machine has short minimal feedscrew exposure to the product ensures minimum product working. This minimise temperature increase to approximately 1°C which extends product shelf life. Another unique characteristic is any excess liquid including blood and meat juices will fall into the bottom of the bowl to be mixed into the product instead of the bottom of the feedscrew channel.
The hopper capacity is 120L or 60kg fresh trim. This machine has produced up to 15 tonne of product a week.
