It looks delicious, now I have to wait for our amaranth weeds to grow to make this recipe! I'm not sure I can find all ingredients here. We don't get fresh curry leaves for instance but I have a kind of substitute...

You can just omit the curry leaves.

@@thekannammacooks I love them... They do make a difference in Dahl but I just have to do without as you said. It's not that easy to find the right spices either unless friends bring them back from India Sri Lanka or Bangladesh

Is this thandu keerai? I am a big fan of your cooking. Past 5 years we are making your poondu kulambu ( Naacha paati ) in my house. Most of your dishes are authentic and delicious. Try to make that poondu kulambu video also. Keep rocking 😎
