The question I came for is: What do they have on weeknights? As we will only be in Seattle for dinner one day and we wouldn't want to pay $100 round trip for an Uber just to find out that the seafood offerings are limited due to it being a Wednesday.

Among the three locations, the weeknight offerings seem quite consistent with what's available during lunchtime. At the Falls Buffet, they offer a Prime Rib Dinner along with a Mongolian beef grill, albeit it's a smaller buffet compared to the others. If you're heading to the Casino or exploring the area, the Falls Buffet could be a convenient choice, but it might be pricey to get there via Uber if you're not nearby. Between Mizuki and Feast Buffet, we'd suggest opting for Feast Buffet for its larger size and wider variety, featuring sushi, dim sum, Mongolian grill, ribs, roast, clams, and an extensive dessert section. However, on weeknights, seafood options are notably limited; we didn't spot any lobster or crab legs during our visit. Thanks for tuning in!

LOL... I think we're pretty much in agreement. Meats and seafood are what we always go for, but we wanna let people know what sweets are available. Thanks for watching and commenting.
