Years ago I live in Latham, NY but my mailing address was Watervliet, NY. Everyone would call it 'Vliet! (Pronounced Va Leet). I have no idea, how the beer is pronounced but it will always be Va Leet to me! LOL.

Threes is solid. They have a nice range of styles they play around with. Their WCIPA "All Or Nothing" is super legit for an east coast made westy. Cheers!!

I belive it's "Vhl-eet." Though I'm not sure. Glad you're trying out Threes. I've been repping them since day 0 soft open invite to try their stuff out. Easily one of my fav NYC breweries. Mixed ferm, hazy, but their own take, probably the best pils in town. Amazing space. Killing it.

Awesome Joe! Thought you might like that. To paraphrase Simple Jack, "that m,m,m,m, makes me happy" (Tropic Thunder) I am fairly sure they pronounce it like Fleet but hey I might be wrong, should be either Vlee-ette or Vlee-eh (fancy french pronunciation) Cheers

I've had the regular Vliet before -- but not this version -- and enjoyed it. Threes is pretty underrated. We don't see them much anymore here in WNY, unfortunately. Sounds delicious, man! Good review, buddy. Cheers, Joe!

I’m not a geography major and have never been to NY. How far are you from Threes? I guess it makes sense saying you don’t see much of their beer where you’re at. There is plenty of NorCal beer that doesn’t make it here to SoCal. It’s been fun checking out some Threes beer. Solid stuff fo sho!

Everyone knows how big Cali is -- especially from north to south or vice versa -- but a lot of folks don't realize that NY is pretty big, too. Case in point, to travel from my front door in Buffalo, NY to NYC, it's about a 6 1/2 to 7 hour drive depending on traffic. I can hit up Cleveland, OH or Pittsburgh, PA in half the time, which is crazy.
