Thanks. I even think some of the days I don’t upload are pretty good.

Thank you! These turned out really well…. The collegian ones, not so much, but they are edible.

I will agree either way that. It’s been many years since I have eaten at Chili’s.

Rob you never disappoint and actually make food I'd not only want to eat but make myself. But you'll excuse me if when i make this I omit the caraway seeds. I hate those things. Great video though.

Yes, I suppose, caraway seeds could be something some folks don’t like. I remember when I was younger and I found caraway seeds in Italian sausage, I never cared for them. I hate to say this, but I plan to make Italian sausage in a few weeks. You might see those caraway seeds making a return visit. I was actually a bit surprised to see caraway seeds in this bratwurst recipe. They actually called for them to be crushed, but I decided to put them in whole. Thanks for commenting on this video and I hope you have a great day.

For your bone broth you need something acidic, like citrus juice or vinegar, to get the most out of that bone!

Looks great! Really jealous of that sausage setup you have. That other channel with the meat grinder sure is an object lesson in the importance of research and listening to advice, eh?

Yeah… you really need to do your homework with some of this stuff. I wasn’t there, so I don’t know what actually happened to cause his ground meat to be so off, but something was not right. I’m assuming it was the temperature of the meat, but he possibly could have also assembled the grinder components wrong. He certainly had difficulties with the grinding. Mine came out great and I am happy with this grinder’s operation. As always, thanks for the positive comments. .

So gross. The thought of stuffing a pig's intestines with its own muscle and fat is repulsive. Leatherface would be proud
