I would have put the battery in the trunk. Awesome job man 🤩 I have been wanting to do this swap to my 88 TC with T-56 and IRS.

I would have if it didn’t require me to put a NHRA legal cut off switch somewhere on rear of car since it will be doing some drag racing eventually.

I have a love for this body style because of my father. Sadly, I just lost him 2 days ago and really need to find another one. It's always been a dream of mine to get another one, now I need to make it a reality. Beautiful car

@@randumadventures It’s going to be hard to find a decent one, they’re not easy to find as it is. I’ll probably end up settling for anything and do a restoration. I have to see yours get completed. I appreciate that very much sir 🤝

@@randumadventures That’s a good place to look. You’d think being surrounded by the ocean and Florida being basically a swamp things would rust out pretty bad, but there’s a lot of good old stuff down there

To get the engine hoist bracket off you could drill a hole in the firewall big enough to get a socket through. That's what I did to my 62 Falcon (302 c4 auto) to get to the top two transmission bolts. Great video. Can't wait to hear it run !

Should put the motor and trans and k member alltogether from underneath the car would have been. Easier. And you have a upr k member.

Not without a lift and not without cutting off the sway bar frame brackets. The k member is from Team Z

Check my recent vids on this car. It started as a manual swap and now is automatic. I definitely haven’t tracked what I’ve spent on this project, not sure I want to know!
