I was 10 weeks NWB and just got cleared for PWB yesterday, so I'm very glad to come across this video so I can do this on days between my PT sessions to get more improvement!

TPF in Apr 2024, and also had knee tendon and ankle twisted a bit during skiing. approaching week 4 PO. really worried of my ROM as i used to have an active lifestyle. looking forward to more information and experience sharing from u. thanks.

Oh wow! How is the rehab going at the moment? I need to get back to making more YT content too! I am doing a lot of the “kneesovertoes” style of exercises at the moment. Def check his stuff out too!

I am 8 wks out after 3 months non-weight bearing and still trying to walk with a walker. I definitely have scar tissue and am only at 70% bend...will be following!

My PT was delayed. I'm 3 months from my break and surgery. Only 70% ROM currently

You are my role model, buddy.. Regular physiotherapy and exercise helped me to gain significant strength. Now, in my 12 weeks i can walk without crutch. Can you please suggest when you started strength building in your lower body? When you had started off with sqauts and calf raise exercise.?
