A rare breed and a Good Hockey player who played THE GAME ! He NEVER went looking for a fight BUT the other teams knew HE WAS ALWAYS READY AND AVAILABLE .He earned every cent he made unlike some of the 10 mil one way softies of today who keep turtles at home to practice with !

lol funny how I watched all those games and watched your 'icon' dive all over the ice like a soccer player lol. You obviously never played hockey. Those of us who did, were embarrassed by this demented little cokehead, and yes he WAS and still is a cokehead. Remember when he turtled and let Big Jim Mckenzie smash his head off the ice?? Ya, he did that because Jim HAD to fight him because it was the first game after Domi cheapshotted Neidermeyer in the last years playoffs. Bid Jim said later that he'd never had another tough guy disgrace the code, and do it so shamefully. Turtlin Tie was what players called him from then on. I got this story from Corson, who told me Tie was avoided by teammates because he was a rotten person. There's your icon bahahahahahaaa

I feel the same way man. Where would I be? If it weren’t for Tie’s influence I never would have had the resilience and mental strength to get my GED while imprisoned at Collins Bay Correctional Facility back in the 90s after a string of assault charges. Now I’ve put my violent ways behind me and operate a forklift at a Sobeys warehouse for some pretty decent coin. Life has been good, thanks Tie!

Funny to heart Probert made comments about cockiness when he was winning most of his fights because he was cheating by fighting with a jersey way too loose that he would almost always lose it in every fight, giving him a tremendous advantage! No respect at all for him and Dave Brown, they both did not need to cheat in order to win fights.
