Tiffin service in Canada is handy and convenient for individuals who are required to work and study simultaneously and cannot find time to cook meals. The food, cost and timing of the service varies depending on the location. Cost usually ranges from $170-$190/month (≈₹ 10300-₹11500). Breakfast is not provided. Lunch and dinner are provided on six days of the week (Monday-Saturday). The menu for weekdays (Monday-Friday) generally consists of 8 chapatis and 2 sabzis (1 liquid and 1 dry). A salad/chutney/pickle is also sometimes provided.
