Masi is a delicious snack from Cebu you will surely enjoy the combination of peanut, sugar and glutinous rice with latik sauce, so yummy!
Ingredients
2 cups glutinous rice flour
3/4 - 1 cup water
For filling
1/2 cup crushed peanuts, fine or pino
1/4 - 1/2 cup moscuvado sugar
1:1 ang ratio ng peanuts at sugar filling sa masi, since
ito ay may latik 1/4 cup lang ang ginamit na sugar..
For latik
4O0 ml coco mama gata or 2 cups fresh coconut milk
1 1/4 cup brown sugar
2 drops vanilla extract
