The Falcon is actually what was called a 70 1/2 Falcon/Torino...a very rare bird indeed. It was a mid-year model release when Ford was somewhat undecided on the future of the Falcon being that 1970 was supposed to be the final year for the Falcon nameplate, so out came the 70 1/2. The car could be optioned with a multitude of body styles and engine/trans combinations, however the Holy Grail of combinations for this car is the 429 SCJ (Super Cobra Jet), 4 speed with the Drag Pack which included an oil cooler and the 4.30 Detroit Locker. This car was the ultimate boulevard bruiser. I want to say the production numbers for the combination is less than 500. This car has been and will always be my dream car. I wonder if Time would sell me his? :)

Thank you, Tim for showing us your fantastic collection. We love your body of work. Last Man Standing is the best show on TV. My wife and I appreciate all you do. On a side note, Jay does have a better collection. I guess that comes with retirement.

Love Tims comment about the Mustang 350 Hearst saying "you can't back it up" - made me laugh as it's so true and the shifter and brakes are hard work but still a great car. The visibility out the back of a fastback leaves a lot to be desired. At least he can choose another fabulous car for the next trip.....

He doesn't speak fondly of many of his Fords that he has with the exception of the GT, I think some is said tongue in cheek. Never have heard of a 427 Ford that couldn't get out of it's own way. I can't take him seriously at times, he has a sense of humor to be sure.

Way to cool !!!!!! I still have my 57 Chevy I bought in 1963. I redid it about 10 years ago. All black. When the time comes, I hope who ever gets it, is a great caretaker.
