Do you know something relating calves, blood circulation and eyesight? I am noting that when I exercise my calves like walking a lot, my vision gets really better.

Hi, Jake. I have a question that I don't know if you have thought about before. Is the vision after surgery more like what normal eyes see or eyes wearing contact lenses see. Because the axial length is not reduced, I feel that there should still be distortion like what you see through lenses.

Closer to a contact lens - which are pretty much emulating 'normal eyes' though.

i have a small question. so i just got my differential glasses. I know i should use these glasses for reading or computer use and normal glasses for distance looking. but i read that you need to wear differential glasses for 6 weeks and then hop on to normal glasses. can someone explain. it would be hard to drive with differential glasses

So anyone can say what Jake's audience are following to decrease sight i thought it's only active focus but he said decrease 0.5 dioptres??🤔🤔
@Reannon5

Actually EM says reduce by .25 so you have room to active focus. You can’t clear blur if there isn’t any and too much blur is just strain, so EM leverages corrections for vision improvement
