It makes me think when people sidestep describing something as the fault of capitalism but will instead say something like "corporatism" or "corruption" as if there are no inherently bad things about our economic system. It's beyond frustrating how people will bitch and moan about lobbying (rightfully so) but will never interrogate how that became possible in the first place. The goal post just keeps being moved over and over.

It's even wilder because many are so brainwashed into pro corpo/captalism thinking that even if they didn't like 'woke' stuff they still will 9 times out of ten not blame the corporation but rather blame the consumer or some mysterious 3rd party. Like yeah, corporations pretend to care for the most amount of profit, but conservatives knew that they would realize that also applies to the 'anti woke' products.

Lol not a commerical using soy boy like its still a thing. 2018 called it wants it's commerical back. Also someone should make a guessing game related to if something is a promo for a gay adult material/ smutty romance novel for women or a conservative ad about masculinity because I can't tell the difference.

The razor company acts like 100,000 is a lot of money for a company to donate. Compared to the actual billions spent in 4 years by some right-wing companies

Okay, reading these awful chud adverts in the voice of solid snake makes them infinitely funnier. "-Where razor companies have caved to the pressures of woke capitalism..." Fucking, lmao. Oh, also, you and james stephanie sterling working on something together or being on a podcast or something sounds like it'd be fuckin' awesome.

Yeah, those razor commercials are serious and real. It isn't the only one. They are horrible. It looks like Don Jr. made the commercials.

I think it was AI. Dont think for a second anyone selling this shit believes in what they're saying. They just know theres a market for hate-buyers, and they can make a quick buck slapping together a brand deal with dropshipped razors

Had to stop watching halfway through - the constant talking over the video creates an intensely irritating sound, like nails on a blackboard. I would suggest not doing it.

I think the reason the Liberty Razor bit comes off as so cringe and like a parody is because it kind of sounds like an AI-produced script

I believe you have ADHD but tbh it's really bad optics to say you could do the work and understand the work but didn't because you just found it boring. Like, I can't do things that I find fascinating. My brain doesn't work properly, even with medication I just can't make sense of certain types of information and I can't figure out how to start so I never do. I think if I said what you said to anyone who was even slightly ableist they would tell me I'm lazy.

Figuring out what to do and not being able to decide what to do (where to start) are very different problems. As an adult, you should probably be able to figure out what to do or at least come up with possibilities and if you’re still unsure or don’t know, then contact people with expertise or experience (doctors, librarians, Reddit, whatever). I struggle with certain types of decision making, especially as applied to getting started also. Here is something you could try maybe: if you have a todo list (paper or mental) or are going to (try to) do some specific action, consider what the first step would be or otherwise some smaller step. Like the school assignment you may have done where you had to write precisely how to make a pbj and your teacher would try following it to a T but ultimately couldn’t because some step in the process was missing. So for example, if you want to get out of bed, maybe try first sitting up. Call someone-pick up your phone. Clean a room-pick up the nearest out of place item and put it away. Want to learn about something-spend X minutes searching for one article or one video (bookmark it for later if you want). Besides the indecision aspect this type of thing helps with getting momentum which is what I struggle with a lot.
