Eliot looked pretty tame compared to my experiences. Coe has been my trouble spot - the solid rock embankment can be super slippery. The work crossing I've had is White River in the late afternoon. It was a sand/rock/water slurry that periodically was damming up, then releasing. Took about 15 minutes before I could cross.

@Beertownbill One of my favorite things about doing the trail over and over is how different it can be each time. I've always been too warded away by that slick rock right at the trail crossing of the Coe and beat through the brush to go upstream and cross where it is braided and better footing. I think my worst was White River too, years ago on the first time I did the trail. I was in the dark, late in the day and the end of CW hike and much fuller than any of creeks had been. Thanks for watching and sharing!

Muddy Fork to Yocum Ridge seems to have a trail now, is it a viable path? Cleaned up enough that you are not just hoping logs left and right?
