the time tips are very helpful! also a BIG whiteboard at home has been a gamechanger for me as i forget to look at note apps and my journal. sticky notes also need to be moved around so they "dont come one with the wall" and disappear out of sight and mind

A big whiteboard is also a great tool! It's really tough to provide the many options that people can choose from in a video and have it not be too overwhelming, but that is something I should have remembered to include. We agree that for many people you start to not see all of the reminders and tools and that creates a challenge. I wish I could provide a perfect solution for that problem other than adding a reminder to your watch or phone to look at your calendar and resist the temptation to ignore it. :)

I just implemented this myself. I have two white boards in my kitchen and another one in my home office. I definitely prefer them to phone apps 👍🏻

Just asking someone to text you appointment times can really help as you can obviously refer back to it

Can you please suggest some tips, especially for adolescents? My teen refuses our suggestion and relies on notes on the laptop, but no improvement, and still struggling hugely with executive functioning.
