Dear friends, today I would like to share with you a recipe for green borscht (sorrel borscht), which is cooked in my family, so it tastes the best to me. The main ingredient in green borscht is sorrel, and other greens complement it. This is a traditional Ukrainian dish. It is spring and there are lots of young, tender greens. That's why I can't pass by young nettles and quinoa. I'll add them to the borsch too.
