The Aperol Spritz is a holiday go to drink for many people, or if you live a soft part of town your afterwork drink on a Friday afternoon. I'm a fan of Aperol, and find it's a love or hate kind of drink, with other people who are not yet decided.
Making two different versions one slightly sweeter and one which is more an old School version. Suggest you give a try, in a proper bar which makes fresh drinks, not a chain pub which has them on tap, or make them at home, they are super easy.
Also just to add regular service will resume with videos, I've literally had a 3 day hangover recovering from Easter.
Ingredients
3-2-1 Version (Sweeter)
3 Oz (90ML) Prosecco
2 Oz (60ML) Aperol
1 Oz (30ML) Soda Water
Orange Slice for Garnish
2-2-1 Version (Old School)
2 Oz (60ML) Processco
2 Oz (60ML) Aperol
1 Oz (30ML) Soda Water
