Looks like you had better luck with the lift than the last one . 3 man crew is perfects for that build. Another great video .....

Question, if you can answer Ken. Any idea on the cost of a 30X40 garage, with a single double car garage door & metal roof, a window on each side with 3 across the back? With your siding of choice where I’d finish the inside. I’m just looking for a general prove, even though you’re not in my area. Thanks.

For the life of me, I don't know why more people don't use storage trusses? There is so much wasted space that can be reclaimed by using storage trusses. Until last year, my cost for a standard truss verses a storage truss was $50 per truss. If using 24" on center on that 24X30 building, it's a $900 up charge. Where can you get almost 300 square feet of building space for $900? Nice job Ken and crew. Somehow I'm sure you enjoyed working in the 75 F temperatures instead of the 15-20 degree temps of the Lumnah OG build.

Ken, lovely building and your technique for constructing wall sections in the shop and then assembling them on-site is masterful. But I’m curious about building on a surface pad in the north where it gets so cold and frost surely must get under the pad. I was taught that it’s best to put in footers that go below the frost line and then foundation build foundation walls that rise up at least 18 inches above grade and then pour concrete within the foundation walls. The way you do it is faster, simpler, and surely costs less. Am I missing something?

After watching this I got directed to Making Changes(Lumnah Acres) Maybe I’m wrong but your build/framing is so good he is able to frame up walls in no time. I have worked at jobs where the framing was good at a glance but was out over 2” from one end to the other!!! Cut to fit framing is slow and very tedious!!! All this to say you and your crew do great work and thanks for letting us see all your tricks of the trade!!!
