I decided randomly that I wanted to see how much I really toss and turn in my sleep. I have had issues sleeping since I was 12. I am 36 as of the making of this video, and for 24 years have struggled to get a good nights sleep. I've often wondered if I had sleep apnea, or other issues that might be causing me problems falling and staying asleep.
By the time I set this video up, I'd already been laying in bed for nearly an hour trying to fall asleep. I decided to get up and throw the camera on me and just see what happens. All the tossing and turning really shocked me, I often feel like I wake up just as exhausted as when I went to bed, but I had no idea that nearly every 10 minutes I was moving. I have no idea if thats normal or not, but perhaps you can tell me?
Thanks for watching!
