There’s a place on the border of Western Australia and South Australia that is :45 ahead of Western Australia and :45 behind South Australia

From what I remember , North Korea returned back to using UTC+9, the same as South Korea and Japan. For Chile, that is their sunmer time. Without DST, they are in UTC-4, same as Bolivia. Paraguay also uses DST, basically putting them in the same situation as Chile.
