An eruption that's worth noting would be a large scale one. It's unlikely to erupt with anything in the middle range it's either so small it reliefs pressure or completely explodes.

I mean, that's just the ash area. The pyroclastic clouds would probably go a nice 100+ miles in every direction (or the most dominant direction based on the face of Yellowstone's surface). Assuming the ash doesn't kill everyone by just breathing it in and cutting their throats like razor blades, it would cause a volcanic winter that would probably last years, destroying farmland and infrastructure. Animals would die, plants would die, air would be harder to breath and the surface of Earth would drop significantly in temperature over the years. The volcano will kill you, even if it doesn't touch you.
