Ingredients:
Tindora (Ivy Gourd) : 400 grams
Oil for deep frying + 4 Tbsp
Mustard seeds (Rie) : 1/2 Tsp
Cumin seeds (Jeera) : 1/2 Tsp
Asafoetida (Hing) : 1/4 Tsp
Cashews (Kaju) : 1/2 Cup
Fried Tindora
Boiled Corn : 250 grams
Red chilli powder : 1 Tbsp
Salt to taste
Sugar : 1 Tsp
Coriander powder: 1 Tsp
Chopped Coriander leaves
