I have found that a fluctuating tone between 5230Hz and 5235Hz causes a significant impact on tinnitus. If you can create the fluctuating wave tone it bounces around your eardrums and after a few minutes the tinnitus is gone. It comes back, but it seems repeated treatments reduces the effect significantly. Also, taking 1000mg of magnesium per day also reduces tinnitus remarkably well in many people.

Simply the guy who did it is a genius, if I'm making unbearable noise I use it and it just stays in a perfect tone, you can forget it

It works so well I can hear my first lower-toned tinnitus much better and it's ironically making me feel better. Hate this new piercing high pitched tone that appeared randomly few days ago!

This blew my mind. Are there at least testimonies of people who have tried this treatment over 4-6 months?

Success story. I got chronic tinnitus from stress and carpentry and I think like a lot of people, I started reading comments and felt my life was doomed. I was unable to be in a quiet room and sleeping at night was impossible. It was so unbearably loud in both ears, like someone was blowing a whistle. I listened to this sound therapy for about 3 hours a day for a week and thought it wasn’t working, but maybe it was. I went to the doctor, dentist, opticians and even an osteopath. I really reccommend the osteopath targeting all the muscles. I started to think the sound wasn’t my ear and was in my head. I left my job, home, went back packing and started to have fun. Two months later and it’s gone and I have a nice sun tan.

Can you share what the osteopath did to help with your tinnitus? Has it been gone permanently?

He massaged all the muscles around my ear and jaw and then worked to releive tension in the vertebre right at the top. At first I didn’t go away but then he said “remember to thank me when it’s gone in two weeks”

It’s permanently gone. But it was two months of distress. It just disappeared, I did listen to these neuromodulation sounds a lot to be honest.

@@aesmith411did you have hearing loss as well? So mine is sudden sensorineural hearing loss in one ear and tinnitus as well. My right ear is completely fine. I’m hoping I can achieve the same results as you

In the video, they suggest listening to the sequence for 4 to 6 hours a day. How are you supposed to do that and still carry on with normal life? Does the time have to be continuous, or can it be done in different sessions?

Wow, this actually works. I recently quit smoking, while most of the health benefits are great, tinnitus as a withdraw symptom is not great.

For those who did it and it didn't work, you need to understand that this helps in the treatment, you need to see the cause, anxiety, schizophrenia, hearing problems and see how to alleviate each problem, in my case it's with medium medication because of schizophrenia, but this helps a lot

I guess the 100k views come from the same 10 people… It actually works for me. Have my tinnitus since November 14. 3 different tones on both ears ( not each ). Has anyone long term experience? I use it since yesterday and it helps for a few hours. Makes the tinnitus from 3 loud unbearable noises to a single silent white noise for me. Sadly, after a while it comes back but in a less loud form

For long-lasting benefit, ideally, the tone sequence should be listened to with headphones for four to six hours a day for 6 or more months, though improvement can be seen in as little as 3 months.

I just got back from having my ears inspected. Mad cause the doctor didn't find anything, yet charged me as if they had. Anywho, madder than augetout, found this sound therapy, and boom, some form of silence. This provided instant relief. Never usually a believer in these things, but this one does kind of help.
