How about a video on your lifting weights routine? I do the walks, watch what I eat, play tennis three times a week, but I will not set foot in a gym. I just won’t do public exercise. Maybe just a couple of examples that you think are helpful that we can do at home?😀

I believe your consistency with walking, weight lifting and diet, even though it's tough, helped with this transformation. you're an inspiration for taking the healthy route of losing weight and long-term good health, especially to perimenopausal women like me.

Yay! I have lost 45 lbs in the midst of menopause, and when people ask about it, tracking and discipline and consistency is the key. Good for you for recognizing it!! You look great and confident!

Having an energetics three-year-old German Shepherd keeps me in check with daily 2-3 mile walks. I’ve also recently discovered Pilates…love it!

I really, really love this video and everything you're sharing because it's everything women need to think about and talk about. I get so bored from walking. I do go to the gym and work out with a trainer twice a week so that does help!!

Hi Lisa, So happy for you!! I did notice that you lost weight. You look great and I'm sure feel great. You're right tracking is key along with consistent exercise is key. I've watched Tammy's transformation and it's amazing. I don't think she takes HRT. She's super disciplined. She looks so good. Your journey is so inspiring. Thank you for sharing.

Lisa, what a journey you’ve had, but it’s worth it and you must feel great about your progress! Oh my goodness, my weakness is ice cream, and like you I have recently discovered the Chobani Flips. I eat one of those most nights to keep me from eating half a carton of Ben & Jerry’s 😮 I need to do better with my food tracking, but find it quite time-consuming because I make salads with lots of variety and other homemade foods. I just need to not be lazy about that. I have a Peloton rower and bike, so I work out with those most every day as well as do the strength training from their platform. Best wishes for your continued success 😊

Great video , thank you for sharing , how did you find a dr who is qualified in HRT I’m struggling to find one here where I live , even my primary care physician and my OBGYN who both happen to be females they both just blow me off , my sleep is suffering and and I’m learning that HRT is very heart protective . Any suggestions on how to find a HRT dr

I love MyFitnessPal too! I walk or go on elliptical bike for 60 mins/day, but I don't enter it in the program (and get the extra calorie allowance) Therefore I'm always under my daily allowance. I was able to lose 3 pounds in 3 weeks before I went on vacation, so I was very happy
