Just finished this and LOVED IT. Perfect for pulling me out of my 3 day no workout funk. PLEEEASE keep incorporating the vacuums into your videos like you did here! I've noticed a huge difference in my waist since I started doing them, and now they're my favorite exercise!

@@Diana-kk6qz I promise I felt the same way in the beginning! Just keep doing them after your workouts (I always do them after I've done an ab workout) and you'll start to feel it, and you'll know that it feels correct. It took me like a week or 2 to really feel like I knew I was doing it right lol

Something about this workiut is telling me it'll work so.. Day1: It wasn't that bad, it felt good Day2: Hard to do w nails Day3: Alr, I had to pee badly tho Day4: WHY DID THE GRAVITATIONAL FORCE FEEL STRONGER😭 Day5: I think my body got weaker xause I got my perios but I'm still going Day6: forgot to update Day7: I notice a small amount of less bloating

I will do this for 2 weeks and then I will let you know the results: Day 1: ✅ sometimes I had to take a break but I feel good Day 2: ✅ Day 3: ✅ Day 4: ✅ I still need some breaks Day 5: ✅ Day 6: ✅ I still can't do it without little rest Day 7: ✅ Day 8: ✅ Day 9: ✅ Day 10: ✅ start was some how harder than days before but at the end I've done it much more better. Day 11: ✅ Day 12: ✅ For the firt time I made it without rest pauses Day 13: ✅ Day 14: ✅ I have to say that I've probably never lasted so long in one video or doing an update. Not much has changed in those two weeks. I did about five more exercises which are not in this video and the results are not exactly visible. But I knew it would take a longer workout for the results to come sooner. I will definitely continue, but probably with new videos. if I continue with this, I will inform you of the changes.

i think i did this 3 times plus 20 minutes weighted hula hoop and my waist? okay i'm skinny from the side but from the front i looked like a stick(no curves) and now my waist is smaller so my body looks so much nicer😍

I've been doing this workout for a year or so now along with your HIIT cardio routines and eating in a calorie deficit (kinda) i eat less than i should BUT I'm getting there and I've noticed a huge difference and it's all thanks to you! ❤️❤️ I've always been slim but like you, alot of my fat sits on my hips! You're such a huge inspiration and I love your videos and your energy. I also love how you show us you are tired and out of breath, it makes me feel better about myself.

me and my friend are athletes and we were looking forward to doing the workout in your videos. they are good but somehow way too easy, we finished and we weren’t even puffed because we are used to doing way more reps and for longer periods of time. we think this video is for beginners although it doesn’t say that anywhere. do you think you would be able to make a workout video for super experienced athletes as our gym is closed at the moment? xx

I dont remember what vid its in but vicky says that you should only do waist workouts 2 or 3 times a week. Because if you workout too much on your abs, your waist will get larger (bc of the muscles getting bigger) and more square like.

I'd say to find your reasoning behind it and let that motivate you and whenever you wanna give up think about that reason. Take progress pictures also, it helps a lot.

I have some tips! 1) get up early and put some workout clothes on. I always like to think why I am doing it. I wanna reach my goal so I’m going to do this now bc otherwise I’m never going to reach my goal.

Some of my tips- Workout at the same time everyday. Don’t let this go, hold the specific time close to your heart lol. - workout clothes get me excited, make sure you look great while you workout because you’ll feel great doing anything if you’re confident in your outfit. -try different things, sometimes I’ll do 10 minutes of jump rope (with some hype music) and once that timer is done on my phone I get so happy and congratulate myself. I also add more and more time eventually. I found it’s easiest to just grab the jump rope and head outside and just get it done. But sometimes I’ll do something like these videos or blogilates videos. Or sometimes just intense stretching to get my splits. -I use this app (it’s free) called the ‘fabulous’ app. It literally works on motivation. This app has single handedly taught me how to create habits and desperately want to keep them. It’s a slow progress and it starts off with drinking water in the morning as your goal. It’s all backed up by scientific studies and it really makes you want to check off what you did. You might get impatient with adding new goals but trust me it’s better to just follow along. There are motivating letters to read every day that are customized to you, it’s amazing. I found it randomly once and I’m so happy I did. Been recommending it to my mom and fiancé lol they didn’t want to download it but they’re also not interested in working out or getting motivated like you and I are. -Use a calorie counting app, get excited about food, find something fun to get obsessed with for a little while. I had a whole ‘healthy yoghurt bowl’ phase, the overnight oats phase, chia pudding phase, salmon and broccoli phase lol just as long as it’s healthy and fun, it should keep you motivated to stay on track with healthy habits like working out. I’m thinking about trying out smoothie bowls. Maybe that’ll be my next obsession hehe -have a water bottle (or a few) that you really like and that make you happy. Something with cute designs or maybe it just shows how much water you have left to drink for today, y’know the ones with the lines that say stuff like ‘get started’ ‘keep drinking’ ‘almost there!’ Lol -have a nice space to workout. Nice and bright sunshine areas are awesome, outside is great but even your favourite room or space in your house is great. As long as you feel happiest there, that’s what’s important. If you don’t have a space like that, you can absolutely create one. Add some plants, candles, twinkle lights, yoga mat, your workout shoes can live in this space, some of your favourite things around there like maybe a teddy bear lol or some notes that you’ve written to yourself that say why you’re doing this, all the reasons you want to accomplish your goals, how important this is to you etc. You can have a space just for you. Just for this. It should be the kind of space that makes you happy and you want to be in even if you’re not working out. And yeah :) also I’ve heard it really helps if you have a friend that knows you’re doing this. Personally doesn’t work for me but I can see how that would motivate others. I hope these help

Honestly, vicky has a great personality and her workouts are good,,, but they arent as intense so I doubt you'd see weightloss by doing her vids. I used to her 10 min vids before work and it helped me maintain my weight cause I was barely eating. Now that I'm eating more I need a higher intensity workout. Since her workouts are so short you barely burn any calories. I suggest caroline girvan or even chloe ting since shes a lil more easy.

Hi, personally i like to make myself a 30 minute workout session from Vicky's videos each day (usually 3, 10 min videos) , it didn't make me lose weight (as i was not in calorie deficit) , but definitely sculpted my stomach and made my waist smaller like none before 😊

@@majachomik7563 lol I agree again Maja,just use a few of Vicky's different workouts together and you can get a bomb workout with her in one session. I also love Caroline Girvan but you have to be really careful with her because some exercises are so advanced,(athlete level) that if you try them without perfect form then you could hurt yourself. I've thrown my back out with Caroline before🤦♀️

I have a similar issue, building my upper body and lower body really brings your waist in a bit, genetics plays a huge role sadly in our overall potential but you can mimic the illusion with weights (:

hi! Only if you do them TOO much. I like them because they add definition to the obliques which gives you that 11 line in your abs! Remember I only do abs workouts 2-3x a week. This shouldn't grow the muscle to make you wider. I would not be doing that exercise every day. Hope that helps!

So its been like 3 months since I started doing these workouts and while Im mostly mantaining my waist size I can finally say I can now do vacumms correctly lmao 😭 These work very well when you do HIIT workouts too, my waist has been 68 cm/26.5 inches for like a year now :((, When bloated Im 69-70 cm, but in the morning im around 66-68. I guess Im stuck in this size since I eat a lot but exercise a lot too, so it kinda balances lmao

Are you allowed to breathe when doing vacuums? Or do you have to hold your breath? I find it incredibly hard holding it past 10 seconds without breathing

Vicky I really got a question here that has been confusing me lately : do the exercises that include lateral muscles make ur waist bigger? it's rly confusing and I'm not sure if I should do it or not

They work your obliques so you should be fine once it's not over done

They don't! But because your abs are muscle and it grows when working it, do not over do these ab workouts! I watched a video done by vicky (I can't remember what it was sorry) and she explained this. Do ab workouts like 1-2 times a week!

Vicky has a flat belly but unfortunately also big tights.They look quite bulky & muscuar. Also, her arms aren't as toned. Anyways, how can we avoid it? Is there any other way to target only the waist & the booty?

No matter what anytime I try to put my legs down when I’m on my back for the different workouts my back curves and won’t touch the mat and it hurts not in a good way. Even with my legs a 70 degree angle my back starts to curve and it starts to hurt. Even laying down on my back with my legs down too my back just curves… the only time it lays completely on the mat is when I have my legs bent like before you do a glute bridge or when I put my knees up going toward my chest. Like I can’t do the star crunch

Amazing workout mam. I lost lot of weight in 2020 and fat from my hips & bust too. I also have prominent hip dips. So what should i first focus on ? Getting rid of hip dips or getting a booty first ? Please help mam

Workout your booty, sometimes hip dips are caused by bone structure so it really just depends! focus on your booty and on being healthy, and see how your hip dips change

@@vickyjustiz okay mam thankyou. Earlier when i weighed more, i had hip dips then too. I was curvier. Actually i never really worked on my booty, never paid heed towards gaining muscle etc. So it is natural hip bone structure i guess but it can be improved i think. Thanks

So I have a month to get ready for a photoshoot. Rn I have some belly fat cuz I used to eat whatever and also I bate doing abs. Ive been doing cardio a few times a week as well as weight training my Lower body But i want my flat stomach back by the end of the month. How many times a week would you recomend doing this work out ?

It depends on your body size. If you have fats around your stomach and only do ab workouts, you WILL have abs. But those abs are covered under a layer of fats. So you have to burn those fats first to see results. Diets also matter! Don’t give up though! You’ve got this!
