Thank you for breaking this down into an easy to understand video. Your pint on offering salaries and benefits was interesting. I have a question regarding this. What if you cannot offer a big salary at first but you need people with a higher level of skills? What do you do in this case?

So obviously like any business you want to hire professionals, but what if you meet a person with really good attitude and willingness to learn but they do not have formal qualifications? I am worried that I will be losing out on valuable hard working employees if I only look at qualified people

You need professionals, but you can hire people also with good attitude and train them.
