To get more efficient at drawing from holster and specifically from concealment. It is important to eliminate all unnecessary movements that don't contribute to drawing efficiently.
The best tool everyone has at home for this is dry practice (consistent and regular) and a phone camera to video yourself.
The only thing missing is a timer but one can use the phone to do that or even a kitchen cooking timer, because you only need a start and a stop signal.
Start with a comfortable 3 or more second par until you can consistently and honestly call that you pressed the trigger on target and before the second signal, then start reducing the time between signals.
I've managed to have a consistent under 1 second draw and hit to the "A" zone using this and have discovered I used to have many body movements I had to work to eliminate that I didn't even know I was doing.
Give it a try and let me know how you did.
