I'm leaning embroidery by machine but have worked with minky before but never seen a separate binding which makes it beautiful and I just live the idea. Ive quilted before so I know binding

Someone told me to try soil separator at Home Dept. Sometimes you might need 2 sheets, but it works great

With a 3/8” seam allowance, when you turn the binding over, you can see the zigzag stitches. I had to pin thru seam allowance after sewing on white fabric to bring the binding to it so the zigzag stitches didn’t show.

I am a 78 year young great grandma. I have enjoyed your post about minky fabric. I have tried to make a crib blanket for my g-grandson out of minky. I have taken it apart three times, not sure what to do now. I have tried spray and pin every inch or so? It always seems to stretch at least by 1 or 2 inches. Once turned it just does not spread out flat. I even tried to sew down the middle first then smooth it out. I'm out of ideas.

I very much enjoy your videos and have made lots of Kimberbell designs. Only negative your videos are always a bit blurry. Thanks.

If you go up to the top right corner and touch the 3 dots.... That is video quality. It is usually set low. I always change to 360 and your video is much better (uses more data).

I love your thread display... is this something you made or is it possible to get it ready made somewhere?

What’s a cut-away? You said that you put a cutaway under the fabric at the beginning of this video.
