When you've a star player in your team he can also vary a lot and do the aggressive plays in your team on any way depending on his spawn/feeling/weapon etc. A lot of people don't like to play aggressive as a ct and the T's remember that people in that area usually don't play aggressive - but in other areas of the map. When the starplayer now switches his position every couple rounds you let your enemy team have to guess if and where the entry will get come from. For example I'm the starplay in my teams and for example as a CT I do the aggressive peeks in boiler/balcony, mid, lower apps or even push down mid towards t ramp/peek into second mid (of course with the assistance of a teammate and/or utility). When we get the entry we usually fall back. It works in more than 3/4 of all tries.

Level 10 here, nice video man keep it up! :) What I am missing on youtube are videos for good people (Faceit level 8+), how you can even get better if you are at a really high level. Since I feel like I am kinda stuck between 2200-2500 elo.
@JoeLynnTurner
4 жыл бұрын
Well it's very hard to make any videos on how to improve on that level as there really shouldn't be things you "don't know" about the game I mean, whatever sports or e-sports when you get good enough there just isn't anymore tutorials. Only way to get better is to do the grind on things you already know or you already do and just do it faster and more consistent eliminating small mistakes along the way Then you hit the plateau at some point and grind to improve becomes even harder and at some cases even impossible. That's why very few of us are pro athletes. My advice to you is just grind and grind, push towards the things you know you should be doing when playing and mastering these things. Game sense, aim, utility usage, reactions all get better only by repeating the shit all over and again

@callumtidey5727

The easiest way to start is by looking at what you're doing that is lacking. You probably aren't lacking in any area at that level, but it's an easy improvement if your util, your rotates, your calls are lacking, you just need to spend more time looking to practice those things specifically. That's the easy way to a quick improve, just going "Oh, I'm not flashing enough" "I'm not throwing enough effective CT smokes" "My T side is looking rough, I need to look into some util to support it." But you're probably not lacking that, you're probably just reaching the upper limits of your ability in some areas, and for that, you can only keep grinding that aim, and playing more rounds.

Some advice for you. It’s easy to tell that your teammates play styles sometime frustrate you. If you’re solo queuing, understand this game becomes a coin flip. You’ll get bad teammates, and you’ll get really good ones. Try not to tilt, because it throws off your game and everyone else. Instead, focus on your individual performance, win or loss. While csgo is a team game, individual performance still matters, and if you were a perfect player yourself... you wouldn’t lose no matter what. Rewatch games. Analyze your mistakes. It’s all you can do in games where your team refuses to play as one.
