Rob. You’re still at it. And you’re still a beast! Hey, as a birthday present to myself, I hired a personal trainer today. I start Tuesday morning at 6 AM. Wish me luck.

Thanks Daniel! Don't know exactly, but I was recently in a wedding, and my jacket was a 50. Just bought a 36 belt, though any fabric around my posterior wishes it was a 46

Nice! How much different do all these movements feel from dumbbells?

Good question. I'd say more similar to a dumbbell than a barbell, but I think a lot of this is attributed to the nature of controlling two landmines; generally easier on the joints like dumbbells, but a bit more of a handful to manipulate...also like dumbbells. Having said that, it's a bit different due to the trajectory of the movements...for many movements, I actually prefer them over dumbbells (e.g., I'd rather do landmine/gnarly handles shoulder presses than DB overhead presses), but I prefer the feel and range of motion of a DB flat bench over landmine benches. Kind of a nebulous answer, I know, but I hope it helps. Thanks!!
