Today is polling day, if this interviewee needs to ask what any party is standing for, then an appalling job has been done, therefore they do not deserve any votes at all.
30 year old with Irish immigrant parents who has voted reform. This country needs changing fundamentally and I believe reform is the only party who will move towards this goal. Immigration needs to be capped to sustainable levels, nursing and doctors need more financial support with retention increased and we must work towards a safer country and environment for those that live here. Crime in London is abhorrent and doesn't feel like a place you want to live unless you have no choice. This country needs to regain its identity and the passion people once held for this nation. This doesn't mean a full block on immigration, but a sustainable plan to allow immigration that brings value and can be sustained by the economy. The UK has lost its sparkle and currently adrift with no means to right it's path unless a party willing to make tougher crucial decisions is elected. Unless there's change I can't see myself staying here long into the future, I hope that changes.

Every government is bad at everything. Government is NOT the solution; it is the PROBLEM. It is the duty of every citizen who values freedom above all else, embracing the sovereignty of the individual, to use their influence, no matter how insignificant it may appear to be, to limit the power of government. Every genocide of the 20th century, bar maybe one, was perpetrated by government, and there were more genocides in the 20th century than all other centuries. The word genocide was coined I the 20th century. Today the United Kingdom will elect to power a party that hates the UK, loathes freedom, despises the working class and desires to hand as much of our sovereignty to unelected officials as possible. A party that wants to build an all powerful state with absolute dominion over your lives and sneers at the idea of privacy and private property

I think I'm going Labour. Read the manifesto promise on border control. It's pretty good really, but honestly I think the problem is huge. You know politics is partly bollocks because of the "markets" which really dictate the political situation: the corporations need a huge pool of cheap Labour. So like if you are unemployed in Stoke on benefits you can't go and work in London cleaning a hotel but somebody from Africa, living five in a house can. They know this is the reality but nobody wants to admit it. I think Reform would be the same to be frank. We need an honest discussion.
