Thank you so much! Would you say a hardware compressor and this one make a “better” result than software. Does it adds something to the “glue” or could I just keep staying in the box. Again thanks for a very good demo!

Hi, thank you for great demo. How does it compare fo BC2 ME (mastering edition)? Unfortunately BC2ME is discontinued now. Im especially interested if the unit is as good for mastering as BC2 ME was. Thank you

Couple years ago, I purchased a TLlizer from SW. Bad guide wire, needed support. TK gave me a ton of attitude. SW helped the most. Switched to an Elysia Xfilter instead.

Hello Christian hope I can pose a question regarding A microphone while your upload is about a compressor. Im very curious to hear your view on the modern "Neumann m 149",? you know all the old Neumann, AKG , Sony etc "Holy Grails", and you are a singer with first hands experience and knowledge - thats rare on you tube. How do think "Neumann M 149" compare to other expensive modern mics, replicas and Vintage ones?

Hey, the only mic I've tried from neumanns current lineup is the the u87ai. So I can't really tell. I would love to try them all but.. it's hard for me to get mics to demo.

Is the BC1-THD as good as the Smart Research C1 / C2 🤔

I had a Smart a couple of years ago amongst other SSL clones and I think it's great. They all do their own thing of the VCA snap so it really comes down to taste and prefence 👍

@@Christian_svedin Good morning Christian 😁 Thx for the fast reply.. So is the Smart and TK on the same league with different characteristics or how u describe the sound wise difference?

@@Christian_svedin I would like to use the TK Audio BC1 primarily as a vocal compressor.... BLA Bluey < TK Audio BC1 😁 normally BLA Bluey < Smart C1 / C2 but the TK Audio kills the Price tag 🤑

@@Christian_svedin ohh yess 😍😍😍 don't believe the hype say it so everybody says CL1B and so on but it's a way overrated Comp a really knowledge guy give me that advice and say U87 < Neve 10xx < 1176 / Distressor / 160 < Smart C1 / C2 he say: That Tracking Setup would give you the Sound that people kill for! 😉

The knee more aggressive. (Original version had a soft knee for mastering purposes)

@@stigaar Oh, I see. That makes sense. That's cool. I really like these, but ended up going with a Smart C1.
