Hi Alex, as always Ur videos are fantastic. Ur so fast with Ur Kicks. Love those Spinning and Back Kicks to his head. Wud U please give Bob another beating. I love watching U Kicking and Punching him, I cud watch U in action for hours..

Finally something that I can actually use for tournaments. I have watched tons a videos and all the kicks are like higher ranked black belt combinations. I can actually use this as green belt aka camo belt. Thank you for your videos they are very helpful!!!

You are very welcome! I am glad they help you out :) But yes check motions can work well for any level beginner to advanced/black belt. when used well they are very effective

I'm more of an attacker than a defender in sparring. This video helps so I can avoid those back kicks.

Awesome ive been watching your videos and you leg movements are quite quick im going to try out a few in class Tomorrow while sparring im currently a blue belt in wtf Ive been doing martial arts for like 25 years this is something I started doing with my son to keep him motivated and busy and its working so this just helps out with tournaments is why I went back so keep em coming
