Filming that wheelchair scene in London must have been a nightmare, imagine seeing Reece in public yelling at a man in a wheelchair hahahaha

Steve actually said in an interview that Reece gets the most into character and isn’t afraid to go full out for his scenes, which sometimes involves him breaking things 😂😂

That’s the experience of an actor who’s worked with a low budget! The rule is always finish the take because you might be able to salvage something from it!

@@gromitpesley Not the take with the broken light. There's an Inside No 9 commentary where they said it was an accident and Reece was miffed that they didn't use that take. He's right. That is the best one!

The funniest part (if memory serves) is that they're acting a scene where a member of the public takes their play to be real and then it actually happens for real 😂

Because Reece went a bit too hard on the fat-shaming, and they felt it was both out of character and a bit too mean. If it had been for the purpose of the joke, it had been OK, but since it wasn't, it was just mean and that takes away from the comedy. Don't know if you've noticed, but they always walk a very fine balance between mean and funny, never crossing the line while constantly being on the verge of crossing it. I mean, one of the characters is in full on blackface while making fun of Romani stereotypes while still managing not to be racist. All of that is because the four of them knows exactly what to cut and what to keep.

morphman86 I didn’t think it was that bad, compared to most of the stuff on the show, at least if you draw the line with papa Lazarou you know you can ride up in that direction somewhat.
