Yeah I’d like to see a review on the xray xb4 seen as the tlr and associated virtually copy xray’s design not knocking either brand because I own every one of these brands of cars

I'm in love with mine. Great review. Just FYI the b74 center diff fits with zero modification so for anyone trying to put in a center diff and having a hard time finding one - there's a way. Tlr dogbone pins seem a small small amount thinner, but I doubt that will cause any extra wear issues.

Thanks for the info! I think the TLR dogbones are 2.3mm, and standard is 2.5mm. I once broke a 22-4 2.0 dogbone trying to put a 2.5mm in there!

@@RazorRC whoops you're right, thinner - I wrote thicker - corrected so I don't cause anyone confusion. I've still never replaced dogbone pins. Always seemed like by the time my pins were worn enough to merit it, the dogbone was slightly bent too.

Hi Razor Rc, I was wandering what is your current servo installed? Looks like a different colour to the Xpert original installed. Great video as always!

I have the LC Racing version (the 10b5) and it too is high quality and performance but I'm beginning to see that I should have just waited on this TLR New release......i paid $359 for the LC Racing 10b5 and the price is right and the performance is awesome on and off the track, but you get what you pay for, and I'm sure it won't be able to keep pace with the TLR......I see a 22x-4 in my future 🤣

I totally agree with your assessment/review, Razor. Thankfully, I didn't have ANY issues with mine during the build, but I know that fitment of the outdrives was definitely an issue for quite a few people. As far as building it though, it took me less time to build this than it did the Elite, lol. Then again, the Elite was my first build in a LONG time. My daughter's SR went together much faster. Anyway, I can't wait to drive mine, so I'm jealous that you've been enjoying yours! Gotta spread the funds between my car and now my daughter's SR - but I just got the the Tekin G4 13.5 for it, so I'm down to just the ESC and a transponder now. 🙂 Anyway, Happy Racing!

If I was going to buy a 1/10 buggy would u recommend this car or the tekno eb410.2. What car is more durable, less breakage?
@Roryrocco
4 жыл бұрын
EB 410.2 is hands down more durable, probably the strongest of all 10th scale buggies. Besides both being 1/10 scale the cars are completely different.
@clickybread

The Tlr is a lot more nimble and is more aggressive, the tekno is more durable but doesn’t turn well on power, but the tekno is very stable

For outdoor=, Tekno... indoor, Losi, Associated, Yokomo, PR Racing... take your pick.

RC Life just drove the tekno last weekend and it turns very well and in tight corners.
