Hell yeah! Some of them were great! This one, eh, not so much. Cool theme though!

3:04 The colors were not off on these originally. I found one in the box without fading and the Turtles are identifiable by their colors alone. The letters on the belts were always gray on gray, so that didn't help.

I imagine many of these things shattered to pieces when actual kids had a 1-on-1 match. There's no way they didn't hammer it. I recall seeing other Waterfuls stuff bitd.

I'm sure a lot of these ended up broken and in the trash over the years.

I was going to warn you about that cap when I started watching the video, but you of course attempted filling it with water. Mine shattered like a cookie as well :(

I actually was able to get away with it the first time. But that whole clip was bad because I forgot to turn my mic on lol. So I had to fill it up and try again. I made the mistake of trying to clean it and it just crumbled. I'm hoping there's new replacement caps to be bought for these. Haven't really looked into it yet though. I imagine they could be 3D printed?

@@sinistermoon Nah, I just found a bottle gasket cap that plugged the hole. I did sell it, but I keep records of everything I sell. That's why I was able to see how the colors faded on yours. BTW, I noticed you had the Turtles zip-tied to cardboard. While that is definitely an effective way of keeping up action figures (especially those made by Playmates which I have many that have one foot with a raised heel), I recommend plopping a bunch of white tack behind and slightly under the feet. The tack is malleable which allows it to build a better support as it can match the contours of the feet. The tackyness keeps it in place. Finally, the tack is easily removed which allows you to repurpose it and fidget with placement every now and then such as when dusting (I hate dusting). There might be different formulations of tack. I remember reading some leave stains on walls or posters. Mine doesn't though I just got it on a whim from a free bin at a garage sale. It's white-colored and made by Office Depot. It's never stained my figs or any paper items. But yeah, it's not like it's a specific brand, so formulations may have changed since I got it if Office Depot switched manufacturers.
