Kimberly St. Julian Varnon is a PhD Candidate in History at the University of Pennsylvania.
The session was moderated and introduced by Steven Barnes, Director of Program in Russian and Eurasian Studies, and Niklas Hultin, Assistant Professor of Global Affairs at George Mason.
