1. PITA SA SIROM - CHEESE PIE
200 gr sira - ricotta cheese
55 gr cornflakesa - sugar free cornflakes
1 jaje- egg
Salica jogurta - cup of yoghurt
Sol, papr i zacini po zelji - salt pepper and cayenne as you like.
Bake at 200* 20-25 min.
Half way throu add:
50 gr cornflakes pahuljica zdrobljenih- crushed cornflakes
2 zl maslaca - tbsp butter
Crispie and delicious.
2. ZDRAVI KOLAČ - HEALTHY CAKE
2-3 zrele banane - dark spotty bananas
70 gr mljevenih zobenih pahuljica - grounded oats
70 gr mljevenih ljesnjaka- grounded toasted hazelnutts
30 gr kakaa - cacao
40 gr rogaca - carob
1 mjerica vanila proteina - cup of vanilla whey protein
Pola male zl sode bikarbone - half teaspoon of baking soda
2 jaja - eggs
3 zl otopljenog maslaca - melted butter
100 gr nasjeckane tamne cokolade - diced dark chocolate
Cimet - cinnamon
Bake at 180* - 20-30 min.
If you like you can add chocolate glaze on top.
3. RAGU - RAGOUT
1000 gr junecih rebara - beef shortribs
1 veliki luk- big onion
2 mrkve - carrots
3-5 cesnjaka - cloves of garlic
850 gr pelata - plum tomatoes canned
Kora parmezana - parmesan edge
Timijan- thyme
Crno vino 200 ml - red vine
Koncentrat paradajiza - 1 tbsp tomato concentrate
- lovorov list - bay leaf
Sol i papr po zelji - salt and pepper as likeing
Crvena paprika, red sweet paprika
Kajenski papar - cayenne
Firs caramelize meet, than add veggies, spices, tomatoes and vine… bake at 160* - slowly for 3 hours until the meet is tender.
Take the bones and hard parts out, pull the meet parts, blend the sauce and return the meet. This ragout can be frozen, and used for all sorts of dishes.
ČORBA OD LECE - RED LENTIL SOUP
1 salica lece - cup of red lentil - soak for 30 min.
1-2 zl otopljenog maslaca - melted butter
1 luk- onion
3-4 zl koncentrat rajcice - tomato concentrate
Malo cesnjaka - garlic
300 ml temeljca - vegetable or chicken stock
Seasoning, salt, pepper, paprika, celery…
Kiselo vrhnje za vrh - sour cream for topping
Bucino ulje - pumpkin oil
EGZOTICNA PILETINA - SPICY CHICKEN
namociti i skuhati rizu - soak, wash and cook the rice.
300 gr piletine (batak, prsa) - boneless chicken
1 zl cesnjak granule - garlic powder teaspoon
1 zl luk granule - onion powder teaspoon
1 zl crni papar - black pepper teaspoon
1 zl soli - salt teaspoon
Vegeta po zelji
Dimljena paprika - smoked paprika
Malo barbecue sosa - barbecue souce - mild
2 zl gustina - cornstarch -
Let it marinate for 30 min until you prepare souce and dice veggies
Sos- souce
2 zl soja sosa - sou souce 2 tbsp
2 zl kecapa - tbsp of ketchup
2 zl slatkog chilly sosa- tbsp of sweet chilly souce
1 zl sezamovog ulja - tbsp of sesame oil
1 zl barbecue sosa- tbsp of barbecue souce
Malo rizinog ili jabucnog octa - 1 tbsp of rice vinegar
Pola male zl soli - half a teaspoon of salt
1 zl gustina - tbsp of cornstarch
Voda po potrebi - bit of water if needed
Povrce - veggies
1 mrkva - carrot
1 crvena paprika- red bell pepper
1 zelena paprika - green pepper
Malo chilly-a - green chilly as much as you like
1 luk - onion
1 poriluk - leek
Cesnjak- garlic
Djumbir - ginger
- spring onion, black sesame and toasted sesame on top.
ZAPECENA PILETINA - BAKED CHICKEN BREASTS
Marinate overnight
4 kom pilecih prsa - chicken breasts
Jogurt- yoghurt to cover the meat
Sol, papar paprika. Zacin za piletinu - salt, pepper, paprika, chicken spices
Brasno, gustin pomijesati sa zacinima - flour and cornstarch mix with spices…
Piletinu valjati u tu mjesavinu i prziti - add chicken to the mixture and fry on butter and olive oil.
Put to the side in a baking pan. Until you make the souce.
Sos- sauce
1 luk- onion
1 poriluk- leeks
Cesnjak - garlic
Timijan - thyme
Paprika - green pepper
Malo chilly-a - a little bit of green chilly
Koncentrat rajcice - tomato concentrate
90 ml bijelog vina - white vine
300 ml pileceg temeljca - chicken stock
100 ml vrhnja - cooking cream
50 gr parmezana - parmesan
90 gr spinata - spinach fresh or frozen
Zacini - sol,papar - spices salt, pepper as you like
-pour sauce over the chicken, grate gauda or some other cheese on top and bake at 180* - 30 min. 15 min covered, 15 min uncovered to have some caramelization.
Serve with baked or cooked veggies, potatoes, rice or noodles.
