Perfect for anyone to use.... I see it handy for anyone at any age also for other uses where you just need a little something to grab an item. A perfect gift as well! Perfect for seniors with certain disabilities...........I love this tutorial as well. Working with wood is so relaxing and calming ......good therapy now that I think of it. When we get our garage cleaned out I want to reclaim my scroll saw and do some of the little items and crafty things I used to do before I got my new sewing machine. LOL So many ideas ......so little time ...EH? LOL Great video........I am binge watching as I love wood working and used to work with my dad in his shop from a young age. We used to refurbish the old crank handle wooden telephones......have the bells re-dipped and any other metals on them. Blessings

Scroll sawing is an awesome form of woodworking. I've never done much of it -- not detailed intricate things at least. 😎

Good job BUT you can't see the picture of the final product because this big photo hypertext appears just as you are about to display your finished tongs....gotta do something about this

Nice job.You can cut hickory strips and heat em in tha middle with sum steam frum tea kettle, bend and tie into shape. Hickory is springy wood . Make tongs for other stuff just by shaping ends .My favorite is chopsticks , I would starve trying to use tha regular ones Cl;-(p)

How much are you selling these for?

I never got around to selling these particular utensils. Depending on your market, they could sell for anywhere between $10-$30 a piece I think.

Hi, Sam. I was browsing your vids, from the beginning, saw this and thought "Hey, I can do that." I made a set of 3. One for myself and 2 for approaching birthdays. Great idea. On mine, I embedded a magnet, with CA glue, flush, on the 1" side of the handle, before I oiled them. I used these: www.homedepot.com/p/Master-Magnet-3-4-in-Neodymium-Rare-Earth-Magnet-Discs-3-per-Pack-07091HD/202526387 A lace, for hanging, could also be added, by drilling a small hole through the center of the magnet. Thanks for the inspiration.
