I did a quick google and found a pdf of the 8th edition empire book, looked on page 49 and yep, it’s in there.

I have just checked, and the helblaster rocket battery appears on page 49 of both army books by coincidence.

I like how they criticise there being a Total War: Warhammer III source... but don't look at where it's used, which is in a section just talking about how Cathayan rocket units were created for that game.

That’s fair because it’s awkward to cite the nature of introduction but generally the criticism is not so much that it’s being used as a source at all but that the point of a citation is so you can go and check where they got the information from. The term “Total War: Warhammer 3” is not a useful citation because it tells you so little about where in that vast game to find that information that actually proves the assertion. That wiki is littered with similar issues where the only citation is to a novel or game generally which means figuring out if the source literally says that or if it’s someone’s wild extrapolation from a single sentence is difficult or impossible. Hence why they were complimentary of including page numbers in the army book citations.
