Wow. I'm glad this popped up on my feed. You are an excellent teacher! Great narrative and you're very well spoken. It's shot very well. The pace is just right. Good explanation on fitting, too. Very nice. Thank you for creating this!

It is easier to knit a boomerang heel or another heel at the same time than it is to knit an additional heel.

I'm all for doing what works best for yourself. Many people love doing heels, but some do not.

Why not just make two rows on the main needle? The needle would be in the right position with much less work.

By all means, if you find that to be a better way for you, then go for it! Thank you for your comment. :)

I accidentally did a basic pattern on the bottom of the foot instead of just the top. Now I went to pick up the stitches and realize I can't pick up ask the stitches because some are purl stitches. It's just knit 6 purl 2 repeat. Is there a way to pick up the ribs? Or do I need to pull it all out? Please help! Thank you!

I'm sorry I am late getting back to you! So, picking up the purl stitches can be done. In essence, the opposite side of the purl stitch is a knit stitch. You can pick up the knit stitches on the front side, and the purl stitches on the back side (which will be just like the knit stitches on the front) using two strands of thread. Once you have the two threads, you can feed them in order onto your needle. I hope this helps!
