Ingredients:
2 pieces firm tofu, soaked in boiling water for 2 mins and then drained and kept aside.
5 cloves garlic, minced
2 red bird’s eye chillies, chopped
2 spring onions, stalks cut into small pieces and leaves cut into one inch lengths
2 tbsp cooking oil
Salt to taste, if needed
Corn flour slurry, made with 1 tsp corn flour mixed with 2 tbsp water.
Stir Fry Sauce:
2 tbsp prawn chilli oil/chilli oil
½ tsp sugar
½ tsp white pepper powder
