豆腐奶白湯
勝瓜雞蛋豆腐湯
材料:
勝瓜1條 (約1斤)
雞蛋3隻
豆腐1磚
薑1小舊
蒜頭3粒
芫荽1棵
處理:
1. 絲瓜,刨去一半皮,刨去硬的部分,清水洗乾淨,切一舊舊。
2. 薑,清水洗乾淨,切片。
3. 蒜頭,去皮。
4. 芫荽,切碎。
5. 豆腐,切細粒。
6. 雞蛋,打在碗內。
烹調:
1. 大火在鑊內燒熱油2湯匙。
2. 雞蛋,倒入鑊內,煎成蛋餅,加入豆腐,煎香。
3. 加入薑片,煎香。
4. 所有材料,推向鑊邊,加入勝瓜,煎香。
5. 轉大火,加入清水700毫升,冚蓋,大火滾起。
6. 加入鹽1/6茶匙。
7. 倒入大碗內。
8. 灑上芫荽碎。
9. 完成,可享用。
Tofu soup with eggs and luffa
Ingredients:
Luffa 1 log (about 1 catty)
Eggs 3 Nos.
Tofu 1 cube
Ginger (small) 1 No.
Garlics 3 Nos.
Coriander 1 No.
Preparation:
1. Luffa, get it halfly peeled. Peel off the hard areas. Rinse with tap water. Cut in pieces.
2. Ginger, get it rinsed and sliced.
3. Garlics, get them peeled.
4. Coriander, chop well.
5. Tofu, dice in small cubes.
6. Eggs, break in a bowl.
Steps:
1. Heat up 2 tbsp of oil at high flame in wok.
2. Eggs, pour in the wok. Fry it into pancake. Add in tofu. Fry well.
3. Add in ginger slices, fry well.
4. Push all ingredients to the edge of wok. Add in luffa, fry well.
5. Turn to high flame. Add in 700ml of water. Cover up the wok. Heat up at high flame.
6. Add in 1/6 tsp of salt.
7. Pour into a big bowl.
8. Put coriander cubes on top.
9. Complete. Serve.
This soup is easy. It is quenching, appetizing and nutritious. It is good for people on diet. 😋😋
